Our Founder
Contract Floor Coverings was founded in 1979 by Bob Frillman, whose dedication, integrity, and strong work ethic helped shape the company into what it is today. From the beginning, Bob believed in doing quality work, treating people fairly, and staying personally involved in every aspect of the business. Those values became the foundation on which the company was built and continue to guide us today.
Bob was joined by his wife, Cindy, who served as the company’s office manager and played a vital role in its daily operations and long-term success. Together, they created a family-centered business built on trust, accountability, and long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and employees.
Through years of hard work and commitment, Bob grew Contract Floor Coverings into a respected and successful company serving residential, commercial, and development projects throughout California. Following Bob’s retirement, it is truly our honor to carry on the legacy he and Cindy established and to continue delivering the same level of care, craftsmanship, and professionalism that has defined the company since its founding.
