We also provide full kitchen and bathroom remodels. As a California B licensed general contractor, we manage every phase of the project and coordinate all trades, giving you a single, reliable point of contact from start to finish.

We begin by understanding your project goals, timeline, and how the space will be used. From there, we guide you through material options, colors, and textures that align with both your vision and your budget.
Because we work with a large network of flooring and surface manufacturers, we’re able to offer nearly unlimited choices from trusted, well-known brands to specialty and hard-to-find products. For clients who prefer to see options in person, our Livermore Design Center is available by appointment, Monday through Friday, allowing you to compare finishes side by side and move forward with confidence.
What brands do you carry?
We work with leading flooring manufacturers throughout the Greater Bay Area, including trusted national brands such as Mohawk, Shaw, Tarkett, Mannington, Armstrong, DreamWeaver, and Engineered Floors. These manufacturers offer a wide range of flooring options for residential, commercial, and new construction projects.
In addition to major brands, we also carry smaller, niche flooring manufacturers that provide unique styles, specialty materials, and design-forward products you won’t always find in big-box stores. As an independent flooring supplier in Livermore, we’re free to recommend the best flooring solution for your specific needs.

Can flooring be installed with payment due after the home sells?
Yes. We offer term-based payment options that are well suited for real estate transactions and pre-sale improvements. In many cases, flooring work can be completed under a term contract (up to 45 days), with payment made at the end of the term or paid directly out of escrow if the property sells before the terms expire.
This option allows sellers to complete necessary or value enhancing flooring updates without requiring immediate out of pocket payment. It can be an effective way to improve a home’s presentation, marketability, and sale price while aligning payment with the closing of the transaction.
We regularly work with real estate agents, sellers, and escrow companies to ensure invoices are properly documented and coordinated for a smooth closing process. All payment terms and escrow arrangements are confirmed in advance to ensure clarity for everyone involved.
