Tyson Gapol serves as a Project Manager at Contract Floor Coverings, where he oversees residential and commercial flooring projects throughout Northern California. Having grown up in San Jose and spent his entire life in the Bay Area, Tyson brings strong local knowledge and a deep understanding of the communities CFC serves. Although he is new to the CFC team, he is committed to upholding the company’s long standing reputation for quality workmanship, efficient coordination, and dependable service.

Tyson works closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure each project runs smoothly from planning through completion. His focus on communication, organization, and attention to detail helps deliver results that meet both performance expectations and design goals.

Outside of work, Tyson enjoys snowboarding and spending time outdoors. He has also been coaching baseball in Pleasanton, California for the past six years, an experience that reflects his leadership style and commitment to teamwork. Whether on the field or on a job site, Tyson values preparation, accountability, and building strong relationships.
